Join ROWIE The Label as our Ecommerce Manager and help shape the future of our online experience. This newly created role is an exciting opportunity to lead ecommerce strategy, drive digital growth, and work closely with a passionate, purpose-led team.

As Ecommerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, managing performance, conversion, and experience across all digital touchpoints. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Operations to deliver seamless product launches, promotions, and campaigns — both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimise the ROWIE ecommerce platform (Shopify), ensuring best-in-class brand and customer experience

Lead initiatives to drive online sales growth, including SEO, UX improvements, and conversion optimisation

Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign rollouts, seasonal activations, and product launches

Analyse key ecommerce metrics and provide actionable insights for growth

Oversee our ecommerce tech stack including Shopify, Klaviyo, and third-party integrations

Improve customer experience through A/B testing, CRO, and performance insights

Support global expansion strategies through regional merchandising and localisation opportunities

Contribute to CRM and retention flows, including loyalty programs and lifecycle campaigns

Who You Are

2+ years in ecommerce or digital management (fashion, lifestyle or DTC experience preferred)

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution across ecommerce operations

Data-driven, confident with tools like Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo

Experienced in Shopify, with working knowledge of platforms like Gorgias and loyalty integrations

Passionate about user experience, conversion, and all things digital

Motivated, detail-oriented, and excited to build something new in a growing brand

Bonus: basic front-end (HTML/CSS) or Shopify customisation experience
