Role Overview:
We seek a highly motivated E-commerce Executive with strong experience managing brand presence across Shopify and major marketplaces like Myntra, Ajio, and Nykaa. You will be responsible for daily operations, platform management, and ensuring high visibility and conversion across all online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product uploads, catalogue listings, pricing, and inventory updates across Shopify, Myntra, Ajio, and Nykaa.
Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for campaign launches and marketplace promotions.
Maintain brand store pages, ensuring all listings are visually appealing and SEO-optimised.
Analyse platform performance (sales, returns, traffic, conversions) and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
Handle order processing, returns management, and ensure a seamless post-sales customer experience.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements in pricing, listings, and promotions.
Liaison with category managers at Myntra, Ajio, and Nykaa for brand visibility, merchandising support, and promotional opportunities.
Manage discounting, special promotions, and festival sale events across platforms.
Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and SOPS to maintain brand health and rankings.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with platform support teams when needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce operations for Shopify and/or online marketplaces (Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa experience is mandatory).
Strong knowledge of product cataloguing, inventory management, and order processing.
Familiarity with dashboard tools like Seller Panels (Myntra Partner Portal, Ajio Seller Central, Nykaa Seller Portal) and Shopify CMS.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis.
Understanding of digital marketing basics (SEO, campaign performance metrics) is a plus.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
