Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Manager role based in Dubai. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee daily online sales operations, including managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy across e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities include optimizing the online customer journey, coordinating with merchandising, marketing, and retail teams, and ensuring timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. The role involves analyzing site performance, traffic, and conversion metrics, preparing regular reports, and implementing data-driven improvements to maximize revenue and profitability. The Ecommerce Manager will also support digital campaigns, manage third-party marketplace relationships, and uphold brand consistency and visual standards across all online channels.
Qualifications
- Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online channels, drive conversions, and support revenue growth.
- Proficient Marketing and Communication abilities to coordinate campaigns, create clear product messaging, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and recommend actionable improvements for website performance and customer experience.
- Experience with E-commerce platforms, online merchandising, and marketplace management.
- Background in retail, jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
