Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, on-site/hybrid role based in Torrance, CA. This role manages the ecommerce platform, including product listings, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy, while ensuring a seamless customer journey from browsing to checkout. The Ecommerce Manager analyzes performance metrics, tracks conversion and traffic, and develops data-driven strategies to improve sales and customer engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with marketing and sales teams on campaigns, optimizing site content and UX, managing third-party marketplaces and ensuring alignment with brand standards. The role also involves monitoring competitor activity, staying current with ecommerce best practices, and supporting continuous improvement of online operations and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in e-commerce management with 5+ years of online sales experience, preferably with background in the jewelry, accessory, luxury consumer goods or a related segment of the fashion industry.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret ecommerce metrics, track KPIs, to make data-driven decisions and identify opportunities for increasing sales.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Sales and E-Commerce expertise to manage online sales channels, drive revenue, and optimize the customer journey.
- Marketing and E-Commerce skills to plan and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
- Experience managing Shopify ecommerce platforms and strong understanding of UX and SEO.
- Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail or consumer brand environment.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for basic web development tasks and Google Analytics certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
