About the role:
Drive operations across various e-com channels esp. Amazon & Flipkart
Building deeper engagement with the e-commerce platforms for business growth and achievement for planned volume and value growth
Working closely with e-commerce platforms to drive campaigns, pricing, discounting, promotions, offers
Coordination with Warehouse operation team / Finance team for product logistics / payment reconciliation etc
Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales, cancellations, regional delivery matrix, offers performance etc
What you need to bring to the ‘table’ to be a great fit:
Prior 3-4 years of rich online marketplace experience and is based out of Delhi NCR (Gurgaon will be preferred)
Experience in nutrition domain would be an advantage
Should possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
Should have hands-on experience in scaling business across ecommerce
Should have an interest and be up to date with the latest trends in technology
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
Strong logical thinking, Business problem solver
Degree of ownership in taking things to completion
