Whisky Me is a modern whisky subscription service – owned under the Glenkeir Whiskies portfolio of brands. Featured in Dragons Den for our innovative use of a pouch; we combine subscriptions, gifting, and e-commerce to bring great whisky to a unique demographic.
We’re looking for an Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of day-to-day trading and execution, with a strong focus on subscription performance, retention, and customer lifecycle.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day ecommerce operations. Working with a central team who will support across email, socials and operations; you'll deliver key improvements across onsite experience, campaigns, and critically, subscription performance.
Your focus will be on ensuring strong acquisition, smooth onboarding, and long-term retention of subscribers. You'll know your AOV from your LTV, and be able to understand what to action from a cohort analysis chart.
Reporting into the Head of Ecommerce, your role is to execute, optimise, and continuously improve performance through the full customer lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years experience in e-commerce, ideally with a DTC and/or subscription brand
- Hands-on experience with the Shopify ecosystem, working directly within Shopify, and supporting tools such as ReCharge and Klaviyo.
- Strong understanding of subscription/recurring revenue models. This is critical for the right candidate to hit the ground running.
- Direct experience impacting AOV and Conversion Rate for new customers, and CLTV/tenure/churn across subscription plans.
- Prior ownership or direct engagement with performance channels i.e. PPC, Paid Social and Affiliate.
- Ability to execute reliably and manage multiple priorities
- Confident using data and reporting to inform decisions
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to balance brand tone and compliance
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
