Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Ecommerce Manager, based in Makati with some flexibility to work from home. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee online sales operations, develop strategies for ecommerce growth, and analyze sales data to optimize performance. Responsibilities also include managing marketing campaigns, enhancing the online customer experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring key performance indicators to drive revenue and profitability.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and optimize ecommerce strategies
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams, vendors, and customers effectively
- E-Commerce expertise with experience in managing online platforms and driving sales performance
- Marketing and Sales experience to develop and execute campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue
- Proficiency in ecommerce tools and platforms, with familiarity in SEO and digital marketing best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in fashion, skincare, or retail industries is a plus
