Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Ecommerce Manager at Indus Valley Cosmetics in Faridabad. As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day ecommerce operations, including communication with customers, sales analysis, marketing campaigns, and ensuring seamless online transactions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales, optimize user experience, and grow the online presence of our brand.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills, E-Commerce, and Marketing skills, Flipkart, Amazon portal handling (AAMS) (ACOS).
Excellent communication skills
Experience in sales, preferably in the personal care industry
Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies
Ability to analyze sales data and trends
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
