eCommerce Manager – Hybrid – Carlsbad, CA
R2 is partnered with a fast growing CPG brand who are looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead and grow its online marketplace presence across major and emerging marketplace channels.
This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on Amazon, owning both execution and growth strategy across 1P and 3P models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue, profitability, and unit growth across Amazon and wider e-commerce channels
- Manage Amazon Vendor Central and international Seller Central accounts
- Oversee listings, pricing, inventory health, promotions, and marketplace performance
- Lead major promotional events including Prime Day, Black Friday, and holiday campaigns
- Optimize PDPs, A+ Content, Brand Stores, SEO, and digital shelf performance
- Build reporting dashboards, analyze performance data, and provide strategic recommendations
Requirements:
- Strong e-commerce experience across multiple marketplaces
- Expertise in Amazon 1P & 3P
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset
- Familiarity with DTC channels and emerging social commerce platforms
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
