About Us:
Konvy, Thailand’s No. 1 beauty retailer, is expanding into the Philippines! We are looking for an eCommerce Manager to manage to manage our online marketplace operations, livestream campaigns, and cross-platform sales growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage marketplace campaigns, including product enrollment, flash sales, mega promotions, and other key events to drive sales.
- Monitor real-time GMV and performance metrics to ensure daily and weekly targets are met.
- Align affiliate and marketing initiatives with brand campaigns and platform promotions for consistent execution.
- Strategically manage TikTok Shop and Shopee Live campaigns, directing hosts and session execution to boost conversion and reach.
- Supervise daily platform operations, including order fulfillment, stock management, team tasks, and KPI tracking.
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing online marketplaces, livestream sales, or eCommerce operations, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or retail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros, and dynamic dashboards for deep sales analysis, KPI monitoring, and campaign optimization.
- Flexible to work in a hybrid setup (4 days onsite in BGC, 1 day work-from-home).
Nice to Haves:
- Background in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care products, with understanding of product trends, seasonal demand, and consumer preference
- Familiarity with B2C e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, including order fulfillment, inventory coordination, and online sales reporting.
