Join a leading UK consumer health and wellness brand with products sold in 50+ international markets. We're looking for a hands-on Ecommerce & Marketplace Operations Manager to take ownership of our Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop operations

Key Responsibilities
- Own Amazon Seller Central (3P) performance and account health
- Manage product listings, catalogue updates, compliance, returns, and chargebacks
- Oversee Shopify and TikTok Shop order fulfilment and customer experience
- Manage stock availability, replenishment, and forecasting across channels
- Produce sales, inventory, and operational reporting
- Work across Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, ERP systems, and Excel
- Support ecommerce process improvements and international marketplace expansion
Requirements
- Strong Amazon Seller Central experience (essential)
- Experience managing ecommerce operations across marketplaces and DTC channels
- Understanding of stock management, fulfilment, and forecasting
- Shopify experience
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- ERP experience (SAP preferred)
- Organised, proactive, and highly operational with strong attention to detail
