As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a highly skilled Senior E-Commerce Associate to own and optimize their digital storefronts, drive growth, and push the online experience forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Site Management: Manage and optimize their Shopify store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
Technical Implementation: Identify, implement, and manage third-party Shopify apps to improve site functionality and user experience
A/B Testing & Website Performance: Develop and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates, AOV, and site performance
E-Commerce Photography & Creative Management: Oversee all e-commerce photography, coordinating photoshoots in our NYC studio by working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
Site Merchandising & Content Management: Work closely with the merchandising team to launch and update products, manage homepage and collection pages, and ensure all site content aligns with brand standards
Amazon Storefront Management: Maintain and optimize Mugsy’s Amazon storefront, ensuring an engaging and brand-aligned experience
Data & Analytics: Track and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, AOV, and other key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Project Management: Lead e-commerce initiatives, coordinating across teams to execute site updates, promotions, and campaigns
Innovation & Optimization: Stay on top of e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the digital experience
Requirements
Must-have: Strong experience managing Shopify stores with the ability to implement and manage third-party apps
E-Commerce Experience: 2-4 years in an e-commerce role, with hands-on experience managing an online storefront
Technical Know-How: Comfortable troubleshooting site issues, implementing new technologies, and working with developers when necessary
Project Management Skills: Ability to lead projects, coordinate cross-functionally, and execute efficiently
Data-Driven Mindset: Experience analyzing e-commerce performance metrics and optimizing based on insights
Creative Eye: Familiarity with e-commerce photography and ability to oversee the creative process for product and marketing imagery
Amazon Knowledge: Experience managing or optimizing an Amazon storefront is a plus
