Mode Search is supporting a prestigious heritage fashion brand in its search for an E-commerce Operations Coordinator.
The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the business’s logistics operations and managing, improving, and optimizing different stages of the e-commerce supply chain whilst reporting to the E-commerce Manager.
The Role:
In charge of processing and following up for online orders
Resolve any arising problems with logistics, transports or customers in line with company policy and standards
Ensure compliance of CITES, customs paperwork and all relevant documentation to avoid delays
Provide regular feedback on workflow and performance to identify areas of improvement
Using industry expertise to maintain and grow relationships with logistics providers ( internal and 3PL) to provide the best customer experience
Provide support with after-sales processes and advise customer service team on delays and options available
Work alongside the Repair Vendor Management team
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in an e-commerce operations position
Good IT skills: WMS, ERP, Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills and compliance to high standards
Work well within a fast pace, dynamic, and international working environment
