As the Ecommerce Operations coordinator, Direct to Consumer (DTC)/Marketplace/Dropship, for Max Mara Fashion Group, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing various aspects of the dropship process as well as supporting the DTC operational business. From catalog management, inventory oversight, EDI processes, Marketplace order management, and customer care, you will ensure seamless operations to ultimately drive the online marketplace & dropship business. DTC responsibilities will include working with logistics and customer care to ensure the smooth operation of the website. Your responsibilities will span multiple areas and teams, requiring excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.


Marketplace/Dropship Key Responsibilities

    Prioritize catalog management by collaborating with Account Managers to meet deadlines and address outstanding points. Regularly scan websites to ensure timely updates and live styles on the platfor
  • m.Oversee inventory adjustments from season to season in the relevant platform
  • s.Ensure correct publication of stock, partner with order placements, and monitor timely deliverie
  • s.Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order shipments, including packaging adherence to Service Level Agreement
  • s.Assist the omnichannel operations team with bulk returns, ensuring timely shipping and proper closure of Return Authorizations (RA

  • t.Assist in facilitating the seamless progression of orders through the management system by promptly addressing any issue
