Ecommerce & Shopify Manager — Daamaira (Rama Road, Delhi)

We’re a growing D2C brand looking for someone who can own our Shopify store end-to-end — not just “manage” it, but run it like it’s their own. If you’ve scaled stores before, know where things break, and can fix them without hand-holding, keep reading.
What you’ll own
- Daily order operations — scheduling, processing, and dispatch coordination so nothing slips
- RTO management — actively bringing down return-to-origin rates through address verification, NDR follow-ups, and courier logic
- Shopify store management — theme edits, product uploads, landing pages, app integrations, and on-site changes without breaking the store
- Managing and optimizing international storefronts (multi-currency, multi-region, shipping/tax setup)
- Marketplace management — listings, inventory, and performance across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
- Retention & email marketing — building flows, campaigns, and segments (Klaviyo/other) to drive repeat purchases and LTV
- Coordinating with payment gateways and logistics/delivery partners — resolving issues, negotiating, and keeping SLAs tight
- Working closely with marketing and ops to improve conversion, checkout flow, and overall store performance
Must-haves (non-negotiable)
- Hands-on Shopify experience — you can make theme and website changes yourself
- Proven experience managing international websites
- Track record of handling and reducing RTOs
- Experience with retention and email marketing (flows, campaigns, segmentation)
- Marketplace management experience across major platforms
- Existing working relationships with payment gateways and delivery/courier partners
- Prior experience with growing D2C brands (this is essential — we move fast)
- Strong communication and conversation skills — you’ll be dealing with partners, vendors, and internal teams daily
- Strong ownership mindset; comfortable being the single point of accountability for the store
Good to have
- Basic HTML/CSS/Liquid comfort for deeper theme tweaks
- Experience with Shopify apps for shipping, RTO, subscriptions, or upsells
- Familiarity with analytics (GA4, Shopify reports) to drive decisions
The details
- Location: Rama Road, Delhi (in-office only)
- Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Salary: ₹4–6 LPA (based on experience and demonstrated skill)
- Joining: Immediate
