My client is a leading beauty brand owner with a portfolio of cult brands across various categories.
Due to continued growth, the opportunity to recruit an e-Commerce Executive has arisen to join their powerhouse eComm team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in online retail operations, digital sales optimization, and platform management.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and visual content across the e-commerce website to ensure accuracy and optimization.
Enhance user experience and site performance by implementing conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
Align online merchandising and product positioning with marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and sales events.
Optimize website content for search engine visibility (SEO) and regularly analyse website traffic and performance metrics.
Support the execution of online sales campaigns, promotions, and discount strategies to maximize revenue.
Manage product listings and performance across third-party marketplaces such as online retailers and e-commerce platforms.
Oversee stock availability and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfilment.
Requirements:
Minimum of two years’ experience in managing online retail platforms, ideally within the consumer goods, fashion, or beauty sectors.
Expertise in managing e-commerce systems, including platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
Practical experience in search engine optimization (SEO), web analytics, and digital product placement.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and sales trends to enhance online store efficiency.
