Job Overview
We are a fast-growing wholesale women’s apparel company seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join our team in Downtown Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain B2B ecommerce platforms and online wholesale portals.
- Upload and merchandise new product collections, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, and inventory.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to help prevent stock shortages and inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and operations teams to address product-related inquiries and ensure accurate online product presentation.
- Create and update homepage graphics, promotional banners, and other website creative assets.
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion metrics.
- Manage product catalogs, images, descriptions, and inventory updates.
- Analyze sales data and ecommerce performance to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of ecommerce experience, preferably in wholesale fashion or apparel.
- Experience with B2B ecommerce platforms, Shopify, Shopify Plus, FashionGo, Faire, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of product merchandising, inventory management, and online sales strategies.
- Experience creating promotional banners, email campaigns, and digital marketing assets.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and ecommerce reporting tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced fashion environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience in women’s apparel wholesale.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and ecommerce analytics tools.
- Experience with inventory management systems and ERP integrations.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Social media management and content creation experience is a major plus.
