Description

As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (providing either make‑up application, skin‑care advice, hair or fragrance consultations) you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights our customers.

You will also work as part of a high‑performing team to create impact with in‑store events and ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.

While certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with beginner‑level expertise. Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued, though we are equally open to those wishing to develop their skills in these areas.

Qualifications

  • Retail experience preferred, but applicants with amateur level experience who demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise are welcome.
  • Must be able to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced work environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
  • Must provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Pay Range

Anticipated Base Salary Range $17.75 to $28.55 (depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget), based on a 40‑hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly). The Company also maintains highly competitive incentive compensation programs (role eligibility may vary based on terms of the respective plan(s)).

You may be eligible to participate in the applicable Commission/Bonus Plan, under the plan guidelines in effect at the time of hire. Additional details regarding the commission plan will be provided as part of onboarding.
