Our Massachusetts retail client is looking for an Email Designer with 4+ years’ experience for an immediate long term contract specifically focused on emails; you’ll be working on wireframing, designing and improving returns rates for emails as well as improving existing templates.
Improve existing emails by wireframing, designing and improving return and template
Assist with production and support Creative Director and creative team in a fast paced environment.
Ensure all-around consistency in voice, tone and brand for emails
Work on existing email templates and contribute new ideas
Develop and maintain an understanding of marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and our audiences
Manage multiple projects for yourself and those that you are mentoring
Review graphic materials to assess their validity and appropriateness for our brand and provide feedback when edits are needed
Maintain graphic consistency across all deliverables
Collaborate with the rest of the creative and advertising teams across different types of mediums
Required Qualifications
Experience using HTML and cascading style sheets (CSS) to build creative and eye-catching emails
Strong portfolio with previous samples of emails.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, persuasive in presenting ideas to internal teams
Able to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines
Critical eye for detail and strong organizational skills
Comprehensive awareness of current and emerging design and technology trends
A creative thinker, able to bring fresh ideas to all design challenges
At least 4+ years of experience of Graphic Design, preference given for retail, furniture or fashion experience
Experience with In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and some HTML/CSS.
