Title: Embroidery Production Assistant and Warehouse Support

Company: Trotters Childrenswear & Accessories Limited

Location: London Area, United Kingdom

Embroidery Assistant and Fulfilment Support

Love organisation, enjoy being busy and have an eye for detail?

We’re looking for a hands-on Embroidery Production Assistant & Warehouse Support team member to join us behind the scenes. No two days are the same – one minute you’ll be helping create beautifully personalised products, the next you’ll be packing orders or lending a hand in our Fulfilment Centre (FC) to make sure every customer receives their order on time.

If you’re someone who enjoys ticking things off a to-do list, likes to keep things organised and doesn’t mind rolling up your sleeves when needed, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing

As part of our embroidery team, you’ll support the production process from start to finish by:

  • Preparing garments and products ready for embroidery.
  • Sorting and organising customer orders.
  • Assisting with setting up embroidery jobs and preparing designs.
  • Checking personalised items for quality and accuracy.
  • Packing online orders with care and attention to detail.
  • Keeping the embroidery room clean, organised and well stocked.
  • Helping maintain supplies and notifying the team when stock is running low.
  • Supporting the wider team with general administrative and production tasks.

When embroidery is quieter, you’ll become an important part of our Fulfilment Centre by:

  • Picking and packing customer orders.
  • Replenishing stock.
  • Assisting with deliveries and warehouse organisation.
  • Helping ensure orders leave on time.
  • Supporting colleagues wherever an extra pair of hands is needed.

We’re looking for someone who is…

  • Positive, enthusiastic and happy to get stuck in.
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working at pace while maintaining accuracy.
  • A great team player who’s always willing to help.
  • Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.
  • Able to adapt as priorities change throughout the day.
  • Happy working on their feet and carrying out light manual handling.

Experience

Previous warehouse, production or retail experience is helpful but not essential. Full training will be provided, so we’re more interested in finding someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
