Overview and purpose of role:

As a Business Analyst at Christian Louboutin, you will be part of the EMEI Merchandising & Planning team and will have a various range of tasks, including statistical analysis across the EMEI region (51 stores, 20 countries). You will report to the Merchandising & Planning Director EMEI and your team is a key support function to the wider team, by providing adequate analysis and reporting to be able to drive the business.

The position also includes a growing CRM analysis dimension to better understand our customer base and behavior, allowing a multidimensional approach in the provided analysis. You will have a proven ability to effectively manage the tasks assigned for multiple areas across the business, whilst delivering in a timely manner on company projects.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

Focus on business and retail

  • Provide sophisticated analysis and reporting on daily/weekly/monthly basis by collecting and analysing all sales data and highlighting key messages on sales versus forecast by product category.
  • Report to top management on global business with qualitative business insights on a weekly basis
  • Support and assist the PMB team with appropriate and ad’hoc deep dived analysis according to business risks and opportunities in order to support decision making and action plans definition.
  • In charge of planning and creating markets visits trade reports for the EMEI MD, Retail Directors and Managers and PMB team
  • Create, maintain and improve Excel templates in a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Is the expert on BI tools and share the expertise with any business counterpart

Development of CRM Analysis

  • Assess the need and create new KPIs to be able to allow the teams to learn our customers behaviour:
  • Monthly Customer business reports (customer typology & customer category) at various level (region, stores)
  • Customer behaviour analysis with product categories and seasonality
  • Customer and Transactional cross selling analysis
  • Close collaboration with central CRM team to contribute in creating centralised reports
  • Create an analytical mindset in the retail and ecommerce teams
  • Data quality monitoring
  • Supervise the team on coordinating the weekly, monthly and annual trade deck, and its communication to top management
  • Ensure reports are updated accurately and delivered in a timely manner
  • Ability to coach and develop your team whilst identifying training needs and facilitating or managing as necessary. Ability to provide constructive, straightforward feedback to develop the team.
  • Ensure high performance standards thru Coaching, training, and development. Perform ongoing talent assessments.

Skills & Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT and Analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability
  • Curious, open minded and “out of the box” thinking
  • Excellent communicator & team player
  • Someone who uses initiative with a hands-on approach and the ability to prioritise
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment.
  • Fluent Professional English

The annual gross salary range for this position is between 40 000€ and 50 000€.
