Calling all Employee Relations Specialists!
We are looking for a freelance ER Specialist to support our People team here at The Business of Fashion.
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end employee relations processes, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance improvement plans, using a human first approach.
- Support and coach managers throughout every step of the process, ensuring compliance with BoF company policies and local employment laws.
- Keep documentation organised, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Provide ad-hoc HR support as needed.
- Bring high emotional intelligence to every conversation, helping create a positive employee experience – even when discussions are difficult.
This is a flexible, part-time opportunity with an ongoing need for support each quarter, although the workload and cadence will flex up and down depending on business needs. We’re looking for someone who can step in to provide expert support when it’s needed most.
