Role Description
This is a full-time role for an English Content Writer (Non-news) at Jagran New Media located in Noida. As an English Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating informative and engaging content across various genres like lifestyle, entertainment, health, and more. Your day-to-day tasks will include researching, writing, editing, and proofreading content to ensure high-quality and accurate information. This role requires strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation
0-5 years experience
Interested or prior experienced in technology, gadgets, lifestyle, fashion, and appliances categories
Immediate joiners are preferred (or max of 4 weeks notice period)
Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role
Strong research skills and the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret information from reliable sources
Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for online platforms
Knowledge of basic SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines
Understanding of digital content trends and audience preferences
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (not mandatory)
