[Entry-Level] (•ө•) Field Service Technician at Production Printing Company

Great opportunity for Entry-level Technicians in Sydney!

Please join the Field service tech team at a Wide-format/production printer company on a full-time role!

You will drive to clients to fix their technical problem, handle initial installation and provide training. Technical training specific to the company’s products will be provided for right attitude technician.

Duties include:

• Technical on-site support for the company products in NSW
• Maintaining and keeping updated customers’ issues in a call tracking database
• Work with Senior technicians to provide services to the customers on site
• Install, Provide training for operators, Regular maintenance, and Repair of the printers at customers’ productions site
• Trouble shoot on issues of software, hardware and configuration
• Following the policy and Accomplishing department and organization mission
• Maintain inkjet printers performance at company showroom
• Other duties as directed by the Employer from time to time
• Maintain customer’s service history and report to manager

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Mechanical engineering or electrical engineering graduate
• Own your car and have driver’s license
