Duties
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients warmly.
Utilize barbering techniques as needed for male clients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon areas.
Mentor junior stylists or interns, sharing knowledge and best practices in hair styling and customer service.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in hair styling techniques
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Knowledge of barbering techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to mentor others and share expertise effectively.
A valid cosmetology license is required.
