Description
As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (providing makeup application; skin care advice; hair or fragrance consultations) you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights our customers.
You will work as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events and ensure that the store always achieves high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.

Certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, but we also welcome applicants with beginner-level expertise. Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued; we are also open to those looking to develop their skills in these areas. Qualifications
- Retail experience preferred, but applicants with amateur level experience who demonstrate high creative and technical expertise are welcomed.
- All applicants must be able to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview.
Pay Range
Anticipated base salary range $17.75 to $28.55, depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget, based on a 40-hour work week. The Estée Lauder Companies offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage (medical, dental, and vision insurance), wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. The Company maintains highly competitive incentive compensation programs.
Role eligibility may vary based on terms of the respective plan(s).
You may be eligible to participate in the applicable Commission/Bonus Plan under the plan guidelines in effect at the time of hire. Additional details regarding the commission plan will be provided as part of your onboarding.
