Job Summary
The Esthetician provides safe skin care treatments to members and clients, delivering high-quality, memorable experiences. They are experts entrusted with client care and satisfaction.
Primary Job Functions
Perform skin care services according to the spa menu, protocols, and product guidelines.
Escort clients to and from the Relaxation Room.
Inform reception of service modifications (add-ons, upgrades, additional time).
Maintain cleanliness and sterilization standards for equipment, tools, and treatment rooms.
Restock supplies and assist in maintaining cleanliness of treatment and prep rooms.
Recommend treatment add-ons and promote spa services to enhance member participation.
Deliver exceptional service, foster client retention, and communicate effectively with staff and clients.
Participate in events, trainings, and meetings as required.
Maintain flexibility for varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Assist with laundry and stock management.
