Are you looking for a place to call home? We are expanding our
Esthetician
base.
Our next class will begin on July 26 th , 2026! Whether you are newly licensed or have many years of licensed experience, we’d love to have you in the Kenneth’s family! With our world class paid on-boarding program lasting approximately 10 weeks, you will be taught by our education team as well as assigned mentors to deliver the highest level of service that Kenneth’s is known for.
Our hands‑on program includes live models and assisting top Estheticians in the company. Following completion of your on-boarding, you will be assigned a spa at one of our five spas across the Columbus area. Continuing education is provided constantly to keep you up to date on the hottest trends!

Responsibilities
- Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other esthetic services
- Consult with clients to assess skin type and recommend appropriate treatments and products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and equipment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Stay updated on skincare trends, techniques, and products
- Promote retail skincare products and educate clients on at-home skincare routines
Qualifications
- Previous spa or salon experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of skincare products and treatments
