Job Summary
Our Estheticians deliver safe, effective, and efficient aesthetic treatments as our top priority. We hire Aesthetic Professionals who can provide expert care, educate clients, and make recommendations for better results.
We are seeking an Esthetician to perform non-invasive aesthetic services and treatments based on state guidelines. We train our professionals to perform all services in accordance with established protocols, scope of practice, policies, and standards. Responsibilities may vary by state.
Responsibilities Client Care:
Perform non-invasive aesthetic services according to treatment protocols.
Recommend, promote, educate, and sell aesthetic services and products tailored to clients’ needs and goals.
Evaluate client suitability, educate on treatment process, pre and post guidelines, and maintenance procedures.
Participate in continuing education and training.
Document treatments thoroughly and promptly.
Facilitate follow-up care.
Provide excellent customer service, build relationships, and participate in problem solving.
Clinic Operations & Sales:
Maintain treatment rooms, including cleaning, stocking, and equipment maintenance.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet goals.
Achieve KPIs through consultative sales.
Manage sales initiatives, develop strategies with the Clinic Manager, and retain clients.
Prioritize and accommodate treatment schedules, including same-day treatments.
Maintain professional relationships with clients, leadership, and sales teams.
Assist with phones, scheduling, check-in/out, and payments.
Travel between clinics as needed.
Perform other esthetician duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Active state Esthetician license in good standing.
Laser Technician Certification required.
Ability to care for clients aged 13 and older, of all genders, within scope.
Proficient in computer and tablet software (MS Office, Salesforce, etc.).
Ability to stand for up to 9 hours, assess skin visually, perform repetitive motions, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform fine finger movements.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
Strong documentation, organization, and prioritization skills.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to growth.
Ability to acquire additional licenses as required by law.
