We are looking for an Esthetician to join our team and offer informed recommendations so customers can select appropriate services that suit their needs with ease. An Esthetician’s responsibilities include providing relaxation services like facial massages to clients who want a pampered look or helping them feel better about their appearance by applying carefully selected creams to ensure the health of their skin.
Estheticians are typically employed at spas and salons, although some work for dermatologists. We are seeking a compassionate Esthetician to perform skin, body, and hair removal treatments. Ultimately, you will work directly with clients to improve their skin health and assess their specific needs.
Responsibilities
Perform skin treatments and procedures such as Hydra Facial’s and hair removal.
Perform non-invasive machine treatments.
Conduct skin analysis, cleansing, and exfoliation.
Maintain punctuality by adhering to scheduled appointments.
Greet clients warmly and professionally.
Assist clients to and from treatment rooms and thank them upon departure.
Evaluate clients’ skin to determine suitable treatments.
Advise clients on skincare routines.
Recommend appropriate treatments and home care regimens.
Engage with clients during sessions on topics of interest.
Qualifications
– High School diploma or GED equivalent with a valid Esthetician’s license
Required Skills
Proven experience as an Esthetician or similar role
Effective communication skills with clients
Ability to develop personalized care plans
Ability to make clients feel comfortable
Deep knowledge of skincare techniques
Laser hair removal experience is preferred but not required
