- Advanced Facials/Exfoliation – 40-60 min – $45-$55
- Upgraded Treatments – 70 min – $55-$60

Average specialist gratuity: ~$20 included
Experienced estheticians at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $45k+ annually, including incentives
Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses
Schedule & Benefits
- Full-time or part-time
- Weekend/evening availability preferred
- 10-minute turnover between services
- Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60-minute facials
