Overview
Provide exceptional facial, skincare and beauty services while creating a warm, relaxing, and personalized guest experience. The Esthetician represents the property’s commitment to luxury hospitality through professional treatments, attentive service, and genuine guest care.
Key Responsibilities Esthetician
– Hospitality / Spa
- Perform professional facials, skincare treatments and other services within scope of licensure.
- Welcome guests warmly and provide a personalized consultation before each treatment.
- Maintain a calm, clean, luxurious, and welcoming treatment environment.
- Recommend appropriate products and treatments based on guests’ skincare needs.
- Deliver consistently high-quality service while respecting guest privacy and comfort.
- Maintain professional knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and hospitality standards.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and licensing requirements.
- Communicate effectively with the front desk, spa team, management, and other hospitality departments.
- Assist with maintaining treatment rooms, equipment, inventory, and overall spa presentation.
- Support the property’s guest-service standards and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Encourage repeat visits and build strong guest relationships through attentive, personalized service.
