Role Overview:
As an Esthetician at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients’ experience and supporting our holistic health and beauty services. Your responsibilities will include performing skincare treatments, assisting with non-invasive cosmetic procedures, and contributing to our client’s overall wellness journey. You will also be involved in administrative duties to ensure the clinic’s smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality skincare treatments, including facials, peels, and other non-invasive procedures.
Assist healthcare providers with non-invasive cosmetic treatments and procedures.
Conduct skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Maintain accurate client records and manage appointments using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Support front office operations by handling client inquiries and maintaining a welcoming clinic environment.
Engage in community wellness activities and events to promote the clinic’s services.
Embrace a team-oriented approach, ready to assist in various roles as needed to support clinic operations.
Qualifications:
Certified Esthetician with relevant qualifications in skincare and non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
2-3 years of experience in an Esthetician role, preferably in a medical or wellness clinic setting.
Knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and the latest trends in the beauty industry.
Familiarity with EMR software and proficiency in administrative tasks.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
