We are seeking a talented, experienced, with clientel, Hair Stylist to join our team as an independent contracted stylist/esthetician. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair care services to our clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and more. – Provide exceptional hair care services to clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments
– Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and coloring
– Recommend appropriate hair care products to clients and provide guidance on at-home hair care routines
– Maintain a clean and organized work station
– Adhere to salon policies and procedures regarding sanitation and safety protocols
– Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service
– Upsell salon services and retail products to clients
“`Qualifications:“`
– Valid cosmetology license
– Proven experience as a Hair Stylist
– Proficient in a wide range of hair care services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments
– Knowledge of color theory and ability to create customized color formulations
– Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and understand their needs
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Experience with salon software is a plus
– Additional skills in eyelash extensions, front desk duties, nail care, barbering, makeup application, or retail sales are highly desirable
