Responsibilities:
Perform haircuts, styling, and other salon services for children
Create a friendly, engaging atmosphere for kids and their families
Maintain salon cleanliness and safety standards
Provide parents with styling and haircare recommendations
Manage customer appointments and inquiries
Operate the POS system for transactions and daily tasks
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid Michigan Cosmetology License
Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Schedule Options:
4-hour and 8-hour shifts available
Weekend and weekday shifts (rotating schedule)
Options for part-time or full-time hours (10-30 hours per week)
Location: Canton, MI 48187 (must be able to commute or relocate before starting work)
