Qualifications:
Minimum of 500 hours of skincare education
Valid Maryland esthetician license
2+ years of treatment room experience preferred
1-2+ years of product sales experience preferred
Passion for helping others look and feel their best
Desire to grow and enhance skincare skills
Daily Responsibilities:
Perform professional skin care services tailored to client needs
Communicate effectively to identify client goals and set expectations
Use expertise and protocols to deliver customized facial and body treatments
Recommend follow-up treatments and at-home care to support skin health
