Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Esthetician Sales Manager at Novuskin Med Spa. The role involves overseeing sales activities, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and promoting skincare and beauty products/services. The Esthetician Sales Manager will collaborate with the esthetics team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
2 years’ experience in a management/supervisory role
Experience in the skincare or beauty industry
Client relationship management skills
Knowledge of skincare products and treatments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Esthetician license REQUIRED
