What You’ll Do
- Teach core curriculum — theory and hands-on training in facials, waxing, body treatments, makeup application, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced services
- Coach students with feedback that helps them grow, both technically and professionally
- Instill the professionalism and work ethic they’ll need to thrive in the service industry
- Prepare students for their state license exams and help set them up for job placement
- Train students on Aveda and Ultraceuticals products and protocols
- Bring company systems and standards to life in the classroom
What You’ll Bring
- Active Esthetics license in the state of Wisconsin
- Real-world experience as a practicing esthetician, including advanced services like peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, or lashes
- Teaching, training, or leadership experience
- A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry
