Your Job
– Own the European vehicle allocation process across markets, channels, delivery locations and customer segments.
– Align volume allocation with the European and China Go-to-Market Heads, Demand Planning, Sales, Delivery, Logistics and local market teams.
– Define allocation principles, market prioritization logic, fleet balancing rules and inventory utilization standards.
– Align vehicle supply with demand, production availability, logistics capacity, market priorities and delivery targets.
– Monitor fleet status across the region, including vehicles in transit, in stock, assigned, unassigned, blocked, delayed or pending delivery.
– Identify supply gaps, allocation risks, aged inventory, vehicle dwell time and market-level constraints, and drive mitigation actions.
– Build reporting and dashboards to improve visibility of vehicle supply, market coverage, inventory aging and delivery readiness.
– Support system and process improvements for fleet planning, allocation logic, vehicle visibility, routing decisions and exception handling.
– Lead, coach and develop a team of fleet planning or supply allocation analysts as the organization scales.
Your Profile
– Experience in fleet management, supply allocation, sales operations, delivery operations, demand planning, logistics planning or business planning.
– Strong understanding of supply-demand planning, inventory management, vehicle logistics or allocation processes.
– Experience working in a European HQ, regional organization or multi-market environment.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets, identify patterns and make data-driven decisions.
– Ability to translate complex supply constraints into clear allocation logic, processes, dashboards and action plans.
– Strong stakeholder management skills across central teams, local markets, senior leadership and operational functions.
– Experience improving processes, reporting, systems or operational workflows.
– High ownership, strong execution discipline and ability to operate in a fast-changing environment.
– Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
