Role Description

  • Provide personalized styling consultations tailored to each client’s preferences, lifestyle, and wardrobe needs
  • Curate and present exclusive selections to private clientele in a refined, one-on-one setting
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and loyalty
  • Proactively reach out to VIP clients to schedule appointments and preview merchandise
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual and team targets
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of current collections, inventory, and trends
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure seamless event execution and a high-touch client experience
  • Handle transactions, special orders, and follow-ups with professionalism and attention to detail

Ensure the selling floor and private styling areas reflect a luxury, welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail and personal styling.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
