Role Description The Event Coordinator is a remote, contract role responsible for planning and executing virtual and in-person events that showcase Lux Afrique Boutique’s brands and services. Day-to-day tasks include developing event concepts, coordinating logistics with vendors and partners, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring all event details are delivered to a high standard. The role involves liaising with internal teams and stakeholders, handling guest communications, and providing on-the-day support to ensure smooth event operations. The Event Coordinator will also track event performance, gather feedback, and prepare post-event reports to inform future initiatives. This position requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment.

- Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.

- Relevant experience coordinating luxury, fashion, or lifestyle events is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms for virtual events, project management, and communication.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate across different time zones and cultures.
