Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Sofia for an Event Manager. The Event Manager will oversee event planning and execution, ensure client needs are met, and manage event schedules and budgets. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, supervising event setup and breakdown, ensuring events run seamlessly, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. The role involves building strong client relationships and innovating solutions to deliver exceptional experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event planning, event coordination, and event management.
- Strong organizational skills, including scheduling and budget management.
- Excellent communication, client management, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with vendors and manage teams during event execution.
- Problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure, real-time scenarios.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, customized event experiences.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as event management software or Microsoft Office Suite, is a plus.
