The Role
As a Producer, you’ll be a key player in the delivery team, taking projects from the initial spark of an idea right through to the post-event wrap. You’ll be:
- Managing the end-to-end production of high-stakes experiential projects.
- Coordinating logistics, timelines, and resources to ensure everything is seamless.
- Being the calm, confident point of contact for clients and internal creative teams.
- Keeping a sharp eye on budgets and ensuring the spectacular stays within the sensible.
What You’ll Bring
- Agency Experience: You’re currently a Producer (or similar) within an experiential agency. You know how this world moves.
- Delivery Track Record: You’ve got a portfolio of projects you’re proud of, from initial brief through to bump-out.
- Budget Savvy: You’re comfortable tracking costs and making sure the numbers work.

- Salary: $90k–$110k + super – possible wiggle room
- Location: Central Sydney (Hybrid).
