Mission:

We are currently looking for an executive assistant to join our team with our consulting firm.

The Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for maximizing CEO bandwidth by owning administrative tasks, managing internal communications, tracking KPIs/dashboards, and streamlining day-to-day workflows. This role transforms the CEO’s raw ideas and daily chaos into an organized, high-impact execution plan—ensuring the CEO focuses solely on strategic growth, partnerships, and the aggressive roadmap to exit.

Key Responsibilities:

Maximize CEO bandwidth by managing administrative tasks, internal communications, KPIs, and daily workflows.

Transform raw ideas and chaos into organized, high-impact execution plans for the CEO.

Own the CEO’s calendar and ensure time is allocated for strategic growth and high-priority tasks.

Manage and update KPI dashboards and reports to track business performance.

Triage and manage tasks with high efficiency, ensuring follow-ups and closures are completed on time.

Build trust and maintain consistent communication with the CEO, prioritizing daily and weekly tasks.

Oversee internal communications, ensuring smooth task flow and task completion across departments.

Develop and standardize SOPs for common processes, including outreach scheduling, KPI updates, and reporting.

Implement process automation and leverage AI tools to reduce manual overhead.

Refine meeting strategies, reducing meeting time to increase focus on strategic initiatives.

Serve as the central point for internal escalations and maintain effective communication on company values.

Provide key reporting on CEO performance, including pipeline figures, churn risk signals, and new partnerships.

Help manage cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across departments.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to create order from chaos.

Proactive communicator who anticipates needs and clarifies priorities.

Skilled in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp), data dashboards, scheduling, and AI tools (e.g., Slack, GPT).

Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain trust with stakeholders.

Growth mindset with a desire to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.

Experience with managing executive schedules, internal communications, and KPI reporting.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Position Description:

Time

– You will have to work between 9 AM to 7 PM Leb time (8 flexible hours during this timeframe)

– You will also be expected to complete your tasks (see above) 5 days a week.

– Your days off will be on Saturday and Sunday.

Altogether this is a full-time.

– This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.

– You may request time off anytime with advanced notice.

Compensation Range: $1,200-$1,500
