We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and learn from fashion industry professionals.

Note: This is an UNPAID position, but we offer college credits, with potential opportunities for quality candidates to transition into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

Assist the executive team with daily tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.

Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documents.

Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the executive team.

Project Coordination

Support the planning and execution of key projects and initiatives.

Conduct research and gather data to assist decision-making.

Maintain and organize project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.

Conduct marketing research and provide insights to the team.

Support social media efforts, including content creation and scheduling.

Team Collaboration

Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments or external partners.

Assist in preparing materials for meetings, including agendas and follow-up notes.

Monitor and manage communication channels, ensuring timely responses.

Event Coordination

Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external events.

Help organize fashion show events, including preparation and coordination.

Support photoshoot setups and coordination.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Shopify, or equivalent tools.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Familiarity with the fashion industry is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have but Not Required)

Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS coding.

Understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.

Interest or experience in the fashion industry.
