Role Description The Executive Assistant to the CEO & Founder is a full-time, on-site role based near Kennett Square, PA. This position provides high-level administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing agendas and meeting materials. The Executive Assistant will handle email and communication management, track follow-ups, and ensure the CEO is prepared for daily commitments and strategic initiatives. Additional responsibilities include organizing documents, maintaining confidential records, supporting project coordination, and liaising with internal and external partners. The role also involves assisting with event planning, vendor coordination, and ad hoc tasks that enable the CEO & Founder to focus on business growth and brand development.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and priority-setting skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email correspondence and document preparation.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office), calendars, and digital filing systems.
  • Experience in executive support, office administration, or a similar role working closely with senior leadership.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; prior experience in consumer products or beauty/fashion is a plus.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
