ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive & Operations Assistant reporting directly to the President and serve as a critical operational partner across all facets of the business. This is a unique dual-role position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment and is equally comfortable managing a complex executive calendar as they are diving into retail operations, vendor coordination, and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate is discreet, solutions-oriented, and brings a genuine passion for fashion and brand excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • EXECUTIVE SUPPORT
  • Manage and maintain the President's calendar and meetings with precision and discretion
  • Prepare meetings, agendas, briefing documents, recaps, and follow-up action items
  • Act as a liaison between the President and internal teams, external partners, vendors, and retail accounts
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion

  • BUSINESS & BRAND OPERATIONS
  • Support day-to-day operational workflows across departments including ecom, design, production, marketing, and wholesale
  • Track project timelines, seasonal milestones, and cross-functional deliverables to ensure alignment with the President's priorities
  • Assist in preparing presentations, decks, and reports for internal reviews and external meetings
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics to monitor order status, shipment schedules, and key delivery timelines
  • Help manage and maintain vendor and partner relationships, facilitating communication and contract administration
  • Support the team in systems administration and process improvement initiatives
  • Manage accounts payable and invoice tracking
  • Assist with operational adhoc projects

  • RETAIL & E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS
  • Support retail operations across Cami NYC's direct-to-consumer channels including flagship locations, pop-ups, and e-commerce
  • Liaise with retail store managers to track performance metrics, operational issues, and staffing needs
  • Assist with coordinating inventory management, visual merchandising rollouts, and product launch logistics
  • Help manage samples, order tracking, and seasonal market prep
  • Compile and organize weekly/monthly and surface key insights to the President
  • Support planning and execution of trunk shows, sample sales, brand activations, and other key events

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or operations role, ideally within fashion, luxury, or a consumer brand
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; polished and professional in all interactions
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
  • Experience with retail operations, operations coordination, or brand management a strong plus
  • Discrete and trustworthy with high-stakes confidential information
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented with a low-ego, high-impact approach to work
  • Genuine passion for fashion, brand identity, and the Cami NYC aesthetic
