Location: Irbid, Jordan
We are looking for a dynamic Executive – Production Planning to join our team and drive efficient factory operations through effective planning and coordination.
📍 Role Overview
The role involves executing, monitoring, and controlling production plans to ensure on-time delivery and optimal resource utilization, while working closely with cross-functional teams.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Executing and manage detailed production plans to meet delivery timelines
- Coordinate with merchandising, cutting, sewing, and finishing teams
- Monitor WIP and track production status regularly
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Maintain planning reports, dashboards, and management data
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in production planning (apparel industry preferred)
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems / planning tools (Fast React preferred)
- Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
