Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop the systematic procurement of trims and accessories items.
- Collection of purchase requirements submitted by the concern departments/units/projects.
- Ensure checking of price of the procured goods by visiting the market frequently and prepare comparative statements.
- Search for the new and alternative supply chain sources.
- Asst. to timely delivery of requested materials to the concerned departments/units/projects Collection and processing of bill for ensuring timely payment.
- Assist the department head to develop all necessary supply chain related documents , forms, formats, charts etc.
- Process purchase requisitions, prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify, evaluate and maintain relationships with reliable local vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules to achieve best-value-for-money as outlined by and.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, update purchase lists and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials, spare parts, and consumables.
- Conduct price negotiation and cost optimization
- Monitor quality, delivery timeline & supplier performance
- keeping record all purchase bill & Checked.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the authority.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Master of Arts (MA)
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Skills Required: Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Vendor Management, Billing
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Retail Store,Hospital,Medical Equipment,Group of Companies,Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Additional Requirements
- The applicant should have experience in the flowing busniness area (s): Group of Companies, Germents, Textiles, Chemical, Local & foreign purchase and general local purchase.
- The applicant should have experience in the flowing busniness area (s): Purchase/Procurement, Supply Chain.
- Must have computer knowledge- Excel, word, Internet.
