Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality barbering and hairstyling services to clients based on their individual preferences and needs.
2. Perform haircuts, beard trims, hair coloring, styling, and other grooming services with precision and attention to detail.
3. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the barbering and hairstyling industry to provide innovative services to clients.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication, professionalism, and personalized service.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all salon sanitation and safety standards.
6. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients.
7. Actively participate in promotional events and initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
8. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Requirements:
1. Valid barbering or hairstyling license issued by the state regulatory board.
2. Proven experience working as a barber or hairstylist, with a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional services and achieve client satisfaction.
3. Strong knowledge of hair care products, tools, and techniques.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration. 5. Energetic, motivated, and dedicated to building a loyal client base.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on salon needs.
